Rady School's Master of Professional Accountancy (MPAc) will prepare students for a wide range of accounting career opportunities that span public accounting firms, corporate accounting departments, and not-for-profit and governmental organizations. About the Course

Students apply knowledge and methods learned in the program to:

Build a hypothetical consolidation between two international companies

Conduct pro forma financial analyses of the merger

Evaluate the merits of the merger based on their analyses

Successful applicants must hold a bachelor's degree or the equivalent from an accredited institution in the United States or from a recognized university-level academic institution abroad. Completed coursework for international applicants must demonstrate the equivalent of at least a B average in the United States.

Some exceptional applicants with lower GPAs may be recommended for admission.

Minimum scores for TOEFL: 90, however, competitive applicants’ average scores are above 100.

The minimum IELTS score is 7.

The minimum PTE score is 65.

Application deadline: April 1 for fall.
