The College of Education, Health and Human Sciences is a vibrant and diverse college that seeks to enhance quality of life through research, outreach and practice. Our mission is to promote a healthy, educated, and civil society; to encourage life-long learning; and to enhance the quality of life within the diverse, global community by preparing professionals to lead and serve through research and engagement in outreach activities. deaf studies major (ASL education concentration, education of the deaf and hard of hearing concentration, and educational interpreting concentration); education major (elementary education concentration, elementary education concentration – English as a second language education specialization, elementary education concentration – interventionist special education specialization, elementary education concentration – middle grades math specialization, elementary education concentration – middle grades science specialization, second language education concentration – world language education and English as a second language education specialization); kinesiology major; recreation and sport management major (concentrations in sport management and therapeutic recreation); and special education major – interventionist (K-8 and 6-12) and comprehensive (K-12) special education.

Universal Tracking (uTrack) is an academic monitoring system designed to help students stay on track for timely graduation. In order to remain on track, students must complete the minimum requirements for each tracking semester, known as milestones. Milestones include successful completion of specified courses and/or attainment of a minimum GPA.
