In this major, you will take courses from the WMU Cooley Law School, the College of Arts and Sciences and the Haworth College of Business, giving you an integrated and interdisciplinary education. You will be able to choose your courses according to your interests from a set of courses from all three colleges. The interdisciplinary nature of this program will give you a competitive edge in your career because you will be able to understand and solve problems at the intersection of law and business. You will have a strong foundation in general business law, developing and refining important law-related business skills. This major will also prepare you to use your law-related skills in connection with the formation of and operation of your own business, in areas such as real estate and mediation services.
