The School of Science & Mathematics helps students complete the science and math requirements needed to earn their CSN degree or certificate. This solid foundation gives our students the skills they need to go into many different disciplines, including healthcare, where our strong health science sequence provides informational prerequisites needed in many healthcare careers.

For students who plan to pursue a four-year degree elsewhere after graduation, our transfer pathway features associate degrees in Biological Science and Physical Science. The Physical Science degree can also be specialized to give students a direct pathway into different emphases ranging from chemistry to geology. Students who aren’t sure which science degree they intend to pursue later on, our general Associate of Science degree is a wise choice.

Admittance into the Bachelor of Applied Science requires completion of the CSN AAS Environmental Management degree or program director approval.
