Designed for medical and healthcare professionals, the MSc Musculoskeletal Management course will equip you with the advanced knowledge and skills you need to successfully care for patients with MSK conditions. Musculoskeletal (MSK) disorders are a prevalent and major cause of ill health and physical disability in the UK as well as globally. They can reduce quality of life, impacting on family and relationship, as well as limiting peoples capacity to work and lead a full life. This is a growing area of healthcare which takes up 30% of UK GP caseloads. On this Musculoskeletal Management programme, which is targeted as medical and healthcare professionals, youll learn how to assess, triage and care for patients. Youll discover how to apply the clinical theory, practice and associated research in the prevention, assessment and management of MSK conditions.
