**Course Overview**- Are you passionate about helping people? This course will give you the unique skills and experience to channel that vocation, putting you on the path to working in the fields of Counselling, Wellbeing Coaching and accredited Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) studies.- Following year one, you will apply to progress onto one of three pathways, each preparing you to work in a specialist field following graduation, each of these routes and specific modules will be discussed with you when you apply for the course.- This course is for anybody who is interested in working in the helping professions from a therapeutic perspective. The uniqueness of this course allows you to build on your strengths, regarding how you work with people. You will also be able to apply to study on a professional training pathway with a specific placement element.- The Coaching Pathway will introduce you to evidence-based coaching models and interventions to enhance wellbeing. You will also undertake a placement where you will be able to practise your skills and develop a portfolio of experience.. Our course examines contemporary issues in the field and includes a focus on public mental health and social prescribing for all students.
