Accreditation

Upon successful completion, in addition to their LLM, students can obtain exemption from Associate Membership or Full Membership of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb/MCIArb) examination. The following modules are recognised by CIArb: BSM 586 International Commercial Dispute Resolution to Membership level and BSM 691 Theory and Principle of Conflict Resolution to Associate Membership Level.
