Like all our courses at Nottingham Law School, this degree is compliant with the requirements of the SRA and the BSB for the purposes of professional qualification as a solicitor or barrister in England and Wales, meaning you can progress on to further legal training if you choose to. You will gain a Certificate in Professional Practice by undertaking mini-placements during vacations.This course has an applied, practical focus which aims to develop your key skills for working life. It provides a sound grounding in the Law of England and Wales, which allows you to progress on to further legal training, and also addresses the foundational areas of crime and criminal justice. You will be able to select specialist modules in relation to victims, offenders and specific crimes.
