What will you learn?

You will learn how to analyse the quality of work and the behaviour of employees, managers, teams and functional groups through the use of theoretical frameworks and models. You also learn how to apply interventions focused at employees, the quality of work, or the organization, enabling employees to function optimally. You will develop specific knowledge of various areas, such as work motivation, recruitment, selection, and on boarding employees, resistance to change, work-related stress, employee’ health, and job performance.
