What will you learn?

Business Administration offers you a broad range of topics, with consideration not only for international management, but also for psychology, sociology, communication, economics, and law. For example, there is ample consideration given to the role of social and cultural aspects within organisations. After all, conducting good business is a job involving extensive human interaction. You will look at the interaction between all stakeholders involved, such as managers, employees, shareholders and clients; a framework that is even more complex and interesting within international interactions.

After a Master's specialisation you have a wide range of job opportunities. You can think of:

If you have completed, or will complete a study programme abroad, then your previous education will be assessed on individual basis to determine whether it is of sufficient level. If the level is sufficient, then you could be directly admissible or additional conditions may apply (such as taking an English or Mathematics test).

Your level of English needs to be sufficient in order for you to succeed in the programme. For you to be able to prove that your English is sufficient you must meet one of the following conditions:

  • obtained a Dutch VWO diploma; obtained a German Zeugnis der Allgemeinen Hochschulreife, including Grundkurs or Leistungskurs English in the Abitur;
  • obtained an International Baccalaureate diploma;
  • obtained a European Baccalaureate diploma, in which the course English Language 2 or 1 was taken;
  • obtained a diploma in which English was part of the final examinations from European countries;

If you do not meet one of the conditions mentioned above, you will need to take one of the following exams in order to fulfill the admission criteria:

  • obtain an IELTS Academic certificate with a result of at least 6.0 on the overall band and scores of at least 5.5 on all four sub-bands;
  • obtain a TOEFL iBT certificate with a total score of at least 80 and scores of at least 17 on all four parts;
  • obtain a Cambridge C1 Advanced Certificate (formerly known as CAE) with a mark of at least C; obtain a Cambridge C2 proficiency Certificate (formerly known as CPE) with a mark of at least C.
