This Construction Management programme will equip you with the skills in planning, coordination and control of a built project. You'll explore the developments in urban cities, the construction of residential and commercial properties, and the renovation of elements of the built environment.
Programme Structure
This programmme is equivalent to the 3rd and 4th years of the RMIT Bachelor of Applied Science (Construction Management) (Honours) degree with an entry point to the programme appropriate for Higher Diploma and Associate Degree graduates from relevant fields.
Each academic year consists of 3 trimesters and the programme is delivered in full-time mode over 6 trimesters and part-time mode over 8 trimesters. There are a total of 192 credit points in the programme. The programme is delivered through a combination of face-to-face lectures and tutorials / workshops and online components taught by both RMIT and SHAPE staff.

English Proficiency Requirement
IELTS 6.5 with no band lower than 6.0; or TOEFL score of 580+ (TWE 4.5+); or RMIT English Worldwide (REW) Advanced Plus or equivalent; or
Successful completion of at least the equivalent of a two year tertiary programme of at least AQF Level 5 within the past five years where English is the language of teaching and assessment.
(VTC graduates who have completed a Higher Diploma within the past five years conducted and assessed in the English medium are benchmarked to have met this requirement.)
