Program Overview

In just two years, the Financial Services program will help students to develop the communication, marketing, analytical and selling skills needed for the finance world, in which they will interact with and maintain clients. Covered in this School of Business offering will be financial topics as well as general business knowledge. Upon graduating from this four-semester Financial Services program, students will be prepared to explore further professional designations in various international locations.

For example, in Canada:

• Investment Funds Exam, which will license them to sell mutual funds

• Canadian Securities Course (CSC™) qualifying exams

• Life License Qualification program (LLQP) exam, which, upon passing, will qualify grads to write the Ontario Life Insurer exam

Successful completion of industry-recognized courses is essential for a career in the financial services industry. These courses have no substitutes. Registration in these courses will incur costs in addition to the regular Financial Services program tuition.
