A master’s degree in Human Nutrition offers advanced Nutrition courses in a broad range of research areas. Students are required to complete advanced nutrition coursework and activities related to their thesis research. Graduates of our M.Sc. thesis degree have pursued successful careers in research, international health agencies, government agencies, and industry.

Requerimiento de entrada

Para estudiantes de Estados Unidos

Students who have completed a D.M.D./D.D.S. or a B.Sc. in one of the Health Science disciplines listed with a CGPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale are eligible to apply for admission to a graduate program in the Faculty of Dentistry leading to the M.Sc. degree in Dental Sciences.

Para estudiantes internacionales

Applicants must be graduates of a university of recognized reputation and hold a B.Sc. degree equivalent to a McGill degree in a subject closely related to the one selected for graduate work. Applicants must have a minimum cumulative grade point average (CGPA) in McGill University’s credit equivalency of 3.2/4.0 (second class–upper division) for the M.Sc. Thesis and M.Sc. Applied during their bachelor's degree program.

English Language Scores:

TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language): minimum acceptable scores are: The CBT is no longer being offered. CBT results will no longer be accepted as ETS no longer reports these results. N.B. an institutional version of the TOEFL is not acceptable. IBT (Internet-Based Test): 86 overall, no less than 20 in each of the four component scores.

IELTS (International English Language Testing System): a band score of 6.5 or greater (Academic module).

Application Deadlines: For Fall Term: Jan. 15 and for Winter Term: June 1.
