The PhD in Educational Studies is offered jointly by Brock University, Lakehead University and the University of Windsor. This program prepares graduates to contribute to the development of knowledge and expertise in teaching/learning across all levels of the education continuum, promote scholarly enquiry and participate in the development of methodological advances in the study of education
The designation of “home university” is applied the home university of the doctoral candidate’s dissertation supervisor.

A graduate degree in another discipline:
Research competence is demonstrated by the completion of Master's thesis
Equivalent evidence of research capacity is required if a thesis has not been completed.
