¿Qué aprenderé?

The Bachelor of Science in Nursing program is four years in length and is designed for individuals who are seeking to prepare for a career in nursing. The program is also offered collaboratively in partnership with St. Clair College (Windsor and Chatham campuses) and Lambton College (Sarnia) (Lambton will be part of the collaborative program until 2026).Students who are offered admission to University of Windsor will take all four years of the program at the University of Windsor.Students who are offered admission to St. Clair College will take the first two years of the program at the college, then will complete year 3 and the fall semester of year 4 courses through the University of Windsor. They may choose to return to their college or remain with the University of Windsor for the final semester of year 4.

Requerimiento de entrada

Course Requirements: Grade 12 Biology, Grade 12 Chemistry and one grade 12 level math
Minimum Average: 70% (70% average of the top six grade 12 courses, 65% in Grade 12 English is required, 70% is required in Grade 12 Chemistry and Grade 12 Biology)
Mean Average: 85%

English Language Proficiency Requirement

  • A minimum score of 6.5 on the International English Language Testing System (IELTS); or
  • A minimum score of 60 on the Carleton Universitys Canadian Academic English Language Assessment (CAEL); or
  • A minimum score of 60 on the Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE); or
  • A minimum overall score of 176 on the Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE) or the Cambridge English: Proficiency (CPE); or
  • Successful completion of the University of Windsor's English Language Improvement Program (ELIP)* (level III) with a minimum final grade of 75%; or
  • A minimum score of 85 on the English Proficiency Test administered by the English Language Institute of the University of Michigan (MELAB); or
  • A minimum score of 83 with an writing score of 20 on the Internet-based Test (IBT) of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL). Prospective students completing the Paper-Delivered Test (PDT) of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) will have their results assessed on an individual basis; or
  • A minimum score of 120 on the current Duolingo English Test (DET)
