Why study Land Reclamation?

This program teaches you how to assess and minimize the impacts of development and resource activities, and to restore impacted ecosystems. You’ll gain the knowledge and practical skills to conduct remediation, soil reclamation, and re-vegetation, as well as environmental assessment and land-use planning.

Our BSc in Environmental and Conservation Sciences degree in the Faculty of Agricultural, Life and Environmental Sciences gives you the opportunity to study and develop real-world solutions for environmental issues such as land conservation, water conservation, biodiversity, and adaptation to climate change. Students applying directly from high school.

Admission is based on complete academic history and achievement in three main areas: Grades, English proficiency, and completion of required subjects.

English language Requirement:

TOEFL: iBT: At least 90 with a minimum score of 21 points in each section

IELTS(Academic): At least 6.5 with no band less than 6.0

CanTEST(Canadian Test of English for Scholars and Trainees): At least 4.5, with no part lower than 4

PTE(Academic): At least 61, with no less than 60 in each communicative skill

CAEL (Canadian Academic English Language assessment) Either CAEL (paper) or CAEL CE (computer): A score of at least 70, with no band less than 60

Duolingo English Test: 120 for English Language Proficiency, with no sub score below 100
