The Business Administration - Supply Chain and Operations Management Advanced Diploma will prepare students with necessary skills to effectively and efficiently run a business. One of the most interactive aspects of this Business School program will involve learning to integrate manual and computer-based systems, such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, as they relate to supply chain management activities.


During the three years of study students will acquire the expertise to improve productivity, develop a master production schedule, by using materials requirements planning (MRP), balance supply and demand, construct a detailed project management plan, and develop and implement quality management programs. • Purchasing and inventory management;
• Supply chain and logistics management;
• Operations planning;
• Direct supervision and quality assurance;
• Analysis of operations processes to identify productivity improvements;
• Application of business process re-engineering (BPR) techniques to simplify and streamline organizational processes;
• Planning and designing quality improvement programs;
• Applying team approach principles to effectively analyze and recommend solutions to operations problems.

Program Highlights

  • Completion of several SAP modules, an enterprise resource planning software that is recognize as being a world leader in supply chain application software, leading to a Certificate of Recognition in SAP.
  • Students will have the opportunity to gain unique, first-hand experience and practical knowledge of market research and strategic planning through participation in an International Capstone Project.
  • The opportunity to gain experiential learning through external classroom exposure in the forum of field trips to local companies and college sponsored Faculty-Led International Programs (FLIP).

Academic Requirements

  • Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD), or equivalent, or mature student status (19 years or older)
  • Grade 12 English (C or U), or equivalent (minimum grade required), or take the Centennial English Admission Test.
  • Grade 11 Mathematics (C, M, or U) or Grade 12 Mathematics (C or U), or equivalent (minimum grade required), or take a Centennial College Math Skills Assessment for Admission

Additional Requirements

Students will be placed in the appropriate English level based on skills assessment results. This may lead to additional courses and require extra time and fees.

English Language Requirements:

  • A TOEFL score of 550 (paper-based) or 80+ (internet based with no test below 20)
  • IELTS (Academic) score of 6.0+ (with no single test score below 5.5)
  • CAEL (Canadian Academic English Language Assessment) with an overall band score of 60
  • Pearson Test of English (Academic) score of 51 plus
  • ITEP (International Test of English Proficiency) score of 3.7 plus.
