There are no pre-requisites or other training package entry requirements for this course.
You are, however, required to meet the admission criteria in order to meet industry requirements. This includes that you have:
18 years of age and above
International English Language Testing System (IELTS) examination (Academic) with a minimum total band score of 5.5 and minimum score of 5.0 in each of the four components of listening, reading, writing and speaking or meets HCLA’s equivalent English language proficiency requirements including ELICOS at upper intermediate level
A National Police Clearance or Australian Federal Police (AFP) Clearance certificate
Immunization (this is required for the Professional Experience Placement)
Basic computer skills
Provide a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE)
