Effective human resource management assists businesses and organisations to adapt and thrive in environments of rapid economic, sociological and technological change. The main focus of this discipline is to balance organisational, and employee needs to meet every legal and social responsibility. Our degree program covers all subjects about human resource management, including Employment Law, Change Management and Human Resource Development. In addition, you will study foundation business courses, including Economics, Finance, Business Information Technology and the Principles of Marketing, which will give you knowledge and understanding of how businesses function. The Bachelor of Behavioural Science is based on the premise of social justice and equity for all people. It concerns applying such principles to all aspects of human interaction.
