Advertising is an essential part of commercial and not-for-profit organizations throughout the world, and is a key tool used to grow businesses and communicate to audiences.
Learning how to create concepts, understand audiences and pitch effective messages is a critical skill you can develop in USQ’s Bachelor of Communication and Media (Advertising).
Throughout the Advertising major you will learn how to plan, pitch and implement an advertising campaign. You will develop your expertise across a range of media in both traditional and digital platforms, with a particular focus on social media.

Graduates will have the skills needed to gain employment in careers such as advertising sales executive, marketing and communications officer, copywriter, brand manager, production manager, digital marketing coordinator, client service manager or advertising content curator.
